In 1973 3HO launched its SuperHealth program and clinic, a drugless addiction treatment program in Tucson, Arizona. 3HO SuperHealth was accredited by the prestigious Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations and received its highest commendation. Cosmic Cycles (The Yugas) & the Ashtang Mantra for this Age

After meditating at the Lotus Feet of my Master, who has grant­ed me liberation from the cycle of time and the cycle of karma, oh, my sweet student teacher of the day, I disclose to you the secret of the Naam. If you care to listen to me this day, and you will practice, you will be liberated. I have seen God. It is a light equal to millions and billions of rays of sunlight. It is the Cosmic Energy which is the brightest of the brightest and most beautiful of the beautiful. Nothing beyond this can be said. It is the greatest of the great. When the Master, through his blessing blesses you, you will realize this within you. THE FOUR YUGAS The script u res describe Four Yu ga s (A ges) th rough which humankind has developed: First was the Sat Yug—the Age of Truth, or Golden Age. In this Age of Innocence, man was one with the Divine, and he real­ized the vibration which this Cosmic Energy created to make Prakirti (manifestation.) Man meditated on the Nam “ONG”—the vibration of the Divine. Then came the Treta Yug—the Silver Age, when the power of the Truth was weakened to three-quarters of it’s fullness. The being became weak. The Nam “SOHUNG”—“I am you”—was recited. Through this vibration, man acknowledged his identity with the DIvine. Next came the Doaper Yug—the Copper Age, when the Truth was only half revealed, and man re c ited “O NG NA M O NARAYANA.” He worshipped God in the form. We are now in the Kal Yug, when the Truth is only one-quar-ter revealed. This Yug is known as the Dark Age, the Age of Steel or Machine Age. The duration of each is respectively 1,728,000, 1,296,000, 864,000, and 432,000 human years—a ratio of 4,3,2,1. This ratio is found to prevail in many sacred computations. These Four Yugas together make 4,320,000 Earth years. This is called a Maha Yug, or Great Age. The Kal Yug, or Age of Steel, is represented by a circle, the Wheel of Creation. It works with the power represented by another wheel which runs it. Constant vibrations from that Wheel of Cosmic Energy give the power of life movement to this Wheel of Creation. Now, my dear sweet love, you draw one cir­cle over the other—wheel over wheel—and it makes the figure “8”, which according to the science of Numerology represents Infinity turned sideways. Spermatozoa take 8 circles around the egg before union takes place. There are 26 bones supporting the foot, the human foun­dation, and 26 vertebrae in your spinal column: 2+6=8. Said the Master, “Whosoever in this Machine Age will medi­tate on and recite the Mantra which will glorify the Lord, and have eight vibrations, will open the lock of ignorance and darkness. This will liberate that being, and unite him with the Divine.” THE ASHTANG MANTRA FOR THIS AGE Thus the Master meditated and became one with the Lord, and gave the Mantra: EK ONG KAR SAT NAAM SIRI WAHE GURU This mantra has eight vibrations, and describes the glory of God. Thus said the Master, “In the time period two-and-a-half hours before the rising of the Sun, when the channels are most clear, if the Mantra is sung in sweet harmony, you will be one with the Lord.” This will open the solar plexus, which in turn will charge the solar centers. The person will get connected with the Cosmic Energy, and thus will be liberated from the cycle of time and karma. Those who meditate on this mantra in silence will charge their solar centers and be one with the Divine. That is why I speak to you of why we should meditate and recite this mantra. All mantras are good, and are for the awakening of the Divine. But this Mantra is effective, and is the mantra for this time. So my lovely student, at the will of my Master I teach you the greatest Divine key. It has eight levers, and can open the lock of the time, which is also of the vibration of eight. Therefore, when this Mantra is sung with the Neck Lock, at the point where prana and apana meet sushmuna, this vibration opens the lock, and thus one becomes one with the Divine. THE BLESSING OF GURU AMAR DAS In the town of Goindwal, Punjab, India, even today this Divine mantra is still inscribed on the walls of the sacred well at the house of Guru Amar Das, the Guru of Guru Ram Das, through whose blessing today we vibrate in the Divine ecstasy. I disclose this secret of the Divine to you today, for the upliftment of humanity. Those who will practice it will be liberated and be one with the Divine. We are presently in the Kal Yug. Within the Yugas, human development is also influenced by astrological periods, caused by the slow movement of the Earth’s axis through the astrological signs. The Piscean Age and the Aquarian Age are astrological periods within the Kal Yug.

Let go and surrender - sounds like a great idea. The question is - How is it possible to let go and surrender to the unknown? The reality is that the human psyche will not let go unless it has an experience of what it is surrendering to. A belief, a good idea, even the truth are not sufficient to convince our body to let go of control. We can nurture the possibility of letting go by getting in touch with the innate flow of energies within our body. We can begin by attuning to the cycle of our own breath. Let go, allow the flow of the breath in your body. Note where the breath and the energy stop and start. Do a kundalini yoga exercise for 1-2 minutes, for example, spinal flex. Then be with your breath in your body. Be with the experience of the breath slowing down and eventually coming back to a stable rhythm.Notice the relationship between the rhythm of your breath and the state of relaxation or stress in your body. When we are able to relax our body, we can experience and attune ourselves to deeper levels of the rhythm of our breath through our physical vessel. For 3 to 5 minutes, consciously slow your breath down to 4 or less complete cycles per minute. Then be with your breath as it breathes through your body. Be very attentive and note the difference between consciously controlling the breath and simply being with it as it breathes. This is the difference between control and letting go.Our breath is our primal connection with the cycles of our soul, nature and the universe. As we return to the natural rhythm of our breath and the pulse in our body, we awaken to deeper levels of connection with our own truth. This exercise (adding your own personal variations) can be used between the exercises of any Kundalini yoga set. Be sure to be especially attentive to letting go and surrendering at the end of the set and after any mantra or breathing meditation.The goals of this exercise are to (1) to release the need to control the breath(2) to surrender to the natural cycle of the breath (3) to experience that there is a natural rhythm within yourself that you can trust(4) to experience that you will not die if you release control of your breath(5) to monitor your resistance, to allow it, to feel how it feels in your body, and through acceptance feel your body let go and relax even a little bit(6) For one precious moment - enjoy letting go and relaxing in your own body.

Asana keep the body in the best possible health. To access your neutral mind, you have to pay attention with your sensory awareness inside your head. The directives are LOOK, LISTEN AND FEEL inside your head. When you have located your inner space, you can create a deeper and more stable space by meditating on the following:

(1) Identify the quality that you experience that makes the inner space more real and available to you and focus on your experience of that quality. Qualities that pull your attention inward include - open, space, stable, still, quiet, dark, deep, etc.
(2) Absorb and integrate that quality or qualities into your body by feeling it in your body.The goal of all meditation is to access the neutral mind and to cultivate and establish our inner space.

While we are meditating, whether it be silent, mantra, Pranayama or even active meditation, our focus should be inside our head with awareness of our inner space.

Dhrib Dhristi Meditation (page 95 in Relax and Renew) *(9) is excellent for connecting with our inner space.
Lock the tips of the front teeth together. Focus the eyes on the tip of the nose with the tongue touching the upper palate. From the third eye silently project the mantraSA TA NA MA.Beam out the mantra as you stay aware of how this sound creates internal harmony. Coordinate the silent repetition of the mantra with the breath -- one or two repetitions of SA TA NA MA with each inhale and each exhale. Whatever your choice, have the same number of repetitions on both the inhale and the exhale.

This mantra was first taught by Yogi Bhajan on the eve of a full moon, when the effects are the greatest, as the subconscious mind is then fully open to its vibratory action. Practice this meditation for at least 15 minutes per sitting. 31 minutes will take you even deeper.

Honestly practice it for the longer times, and the following things will happen: Your eyes will have the power to penetrate deeply. You will learn to talk inspiringly, and your words will always represent the truth of given situation. You will be able to project your personality or your bodily sensations anywhere. Lastly, you will know the consequences of any sequence that you may start.

On this day every year, we remember Yogi Bhajan and celebrate his life. Beginning September 28, come together each evening to chant Guru Guru Wahe Guru, Guru Ram Das Guru for 31 minutes.

Guru Ram Das Birthday Anniversary October 9

Eleven day meditation begins September 29 and this year coincides with Yogi Bhajan's Remembrance meditations The birthday of Guru Ram Das, the Lord of Miracles and spiritual guide of Yogi Bhajan, is on Monday, October 9. The 11 days leading up to his birthday is a very powerful time for fulfillment of our prayers and meditations - a time of blessing. Beginning September 29, 11 days before the birthday, come together each evening in each other's homes to chant Dhan Dhan Ram Das Guru for 11 to 31 minutes, or longer On October 9, we celebrate with a special Sadhana (spiritual practice) in the amrit vela (early morning of 3AM - 6AM) of 2.5 hours by reciting Dhan Dhan Ram Das Guru.

In many communities it is our tradition to have a Gurdwara (place of worship) on Guru Ram Das' birthday and bring a 'wish-and-a-dish' lungar (communal free kitchen). Yogi Bhajan has described this occasion as a unique time to have our prayers and 'wishes' fulfilled.

Healing Recipe

Old-Fashioned Root Beer
For a delicious cooling drink, try this “old-fashioned” recipe. Sarsaparilla is a great blood purifier. It is said to be helpful in cases of rheumatism, skin disorders, sexual impotence, general weakness, and to detoxify the body after taking a strong poison. (Do not attempt to use as an antidote.) It is also used as a natural stimulant of the male and female sex hormones.

7 cups honey2 Oz. (1/4 cup) Sarsaparilla extract4 ½ cups warm watersparkling water.

To make the syrup, dissolve honey and sarsaparilla in very warm water and stir until thoroughly blended. Add 2 Tbsp. of syrup to sparkling water and drink.

Pranayama, Breathing Exercise, Walking Breathing

Walking Breathing exercise is done in exactly the same way as Rhythmic Breathing except that you do it while walking. Use each step as a count, as the pulse beat used in Rhythmic Breathing.
Stand erect, exhale first, then start walking, right foot first. Take four steps while inhaling, hold the breath in for two steps, exhale for four steps, and hold the breath out for two steps. Without stopping, continue the routine: inhale on four steps, hold the breath in for two steps, and so forth. Do not interrupt the walking-keep it rhythmical. The breathing should be done in one continuous flow: do not inhale in four short breaths, a mistake which many beginners tend to make. Inhale one deep breath to the count of four, hold it to the count of two, exhale it to the count of four, and again hold the emptiness to the count of two. This completes one round. Make five such rounds a day the first week-no more-adding one round per week.
If you feel that four steps are too long for you, count three steps and hold one. If, on the contrary, four are not enough and you feel you want to continue the inhalation, take six steps or even eight, and hold the breath on a count of three or four steps respectively. In either case, you should take an even number of steps while breathing in and out, as the retention is done in half the time taken for inhalation or exhalation.
You can do the Walking Breathing exercise at any other time while you are exercising, walking, especially when the air is clean-in a park, a forest, or at the seashore. You can do it while walking to your car or bus, descending a staircase, on your way to pick up your mail from the letter box, during a coffee break in your office, in fact, wheneve"

Pranayama, Breathing Exercise for good posture

This is an excellent exercise for the waistline or a weak back, but even more for stooped shoulders. It should be taught to all children at home and at school to counteract their tendency to slouch, for slouching, in addition to being ugly, develops a bad and unhealthy posture as it prevents the lungs from expanding as they should. It is a great exercise for beginners along with alternate nostril breathing described below.
Stand straight with feet together. Put your hands behind your back and interlock the fingers, palms upward. Now turn the palms down. This will automatically give a twisting movement to your elbows.
Inhale deeply, then bend forward, while exhaling, at the same time raising the arms until they are stretched out. Do not bend the elbows, which should remain straight throughout. Keep your head down, trying all the while to swing your arms a bit higher and higher.
Remain a moment in this position, holding your breath; then slowly return to the standing position without unlocking your fingers. Repeat the whole exercise two or three times.
Another version is done in a kneeling position. The procedure is the same, except that here you bend over until your forehead touches the floor."

Golden Milk

Golden Milk is a drink, which is a great help for stiff joints as it is an anti-inflammatory, and is asource of lubrication for the system. This is the recipe used bypractitioners of yoga who have creaking joints, lots of cracking, andpain in the knees and back from sitting in a cross-legged position. Itis also really great for those who simply have a need for a deep,healing sleep. Your sleep may be so rejuvenating that your voice may bedeeper and more resonant in the morning. The turmeric is good for manyailments including liver trouble.

It is prepared in two parts:
(1) Prepare a golden yellow turmeric paste by taking a 2.5 to 3 TBs ofturmeric powder to 1 cup of pure water and simmer on low heat for 8 minutes. Itwill form a thick paste. There is an important reaction that takes placeat 8 minutes. This will keep for 2 weeks in a jar in the refrigerator.
(2) After the paste is made, once daily for 40 days, for each cupof Golden Milk you want, blend together1 cup of raw milk (almond milk is a good substitute)1 teaspoon of almond oil (best), sesame or any vegetable oil,1/4 to 1 teaspoon, or more, of the turmeric paste as prepared above and then add honey to taste at the very end.While stirring on a low heat, bring the milk just to the boiling point. Remove from heat and add honey.

Optional: The mixture may be then blended in an electric blender to make abeautiful foamy drink. I recommend serving with a little cinnamon and/or a few dashes of nutmeg. Pretend you're at Starbucks.

Word of the day: Ahimsa

Ahimsa is the main principle of mental health because it removes the basis for the negative emotions to flourish in the mind. It is the main principle of social health because it cuts off the root of social conflict, which is violence stemming from hatred,anger and resentment. Ahimsa, however, is not simply passivity or resignation. Sometimes we must act in a strong or decisive way to prevent harm from occurring, as in the action of a true warrior and defender of dharma. To protect others is another aspect od ahimsa, not often properly understood. It is the basis of the Kshatriya Dharma, the Vedic way of the warrior or heroic spirit.

The last four lines of Guru Gobind Singh’s Jaap Sahib.
This mantra removes fear, anxiety, depression, and phobias, and brings victory. It instills courage and fearlessness into the fiber of the person. It gives saahibee – control over one’s domain – self-command and self-grace. Recite this when you position is endangered, when your authoritative personality is weak.

Ayurvedic remedy

The "recipe" for the 10 day treatment is 8 tsps. each of ghee, honey,freshly grated ginger.
Mix well. Each morning before breakfast take the following doses.

This improves digestion and increses agni.

The process of self-healing is the privilege of every being. Self-healing is not a miracle, nor is self-healing a dramatization of the personality as though you could do something superior. Self-healing is a genuine process of the relationship between the physical and the infinite power of the soul. It is a contract, a union. When a person prays to the merciful Lord, he is extending himself outside, but the reaction is happening inside. Every action has a reaction, equal and opposite. You may pretend you are praying to the heavens, but actually you are changing yourself inside. It is you who are changing. When you are blessing the sick, you beg of the Almighty, but actually you are not begging for anything, because from inside your being, energy is pouring into the other person. It is from a state of compassion, of compassionate meditation, that the healing activity of God, within the being, flows.My divinity is in my purity. And my purity is what I am within myself. Sometime you may tell yourself that you are not pure, but that is not true. You are merely trying to pretend you are not pure. You are pretending to be impure because you don’t like the responsibility. You are holy, but you don’t want to be holy. You don’t want to be known as holy, because then everybody has the right to criticize you if you fall short of that image and you don’t want to be criticized. Sneakiness and cowardliness are the unfortunate result. Everybody wants to sneak around and withdraw, but they also want things to happen.Look at this drama in the individual play. If the stomach did not have the capacity to give you hunger pains, no one would eat. When the juices come, then the urge to eat comes, and at that time you should eat. Instead we see that it is six o’clock, and feel we have to eat. It doesn’t matter if you are hungry or not, you eat, because it is eating time. But in reality there is no such thing as eating time. Any time can be eating time. When you eat without the urge to eat, sleep without the urge to sleep, and so on, then you begin to do what is wanted by you, rather than what is needed by you. Actually, your itching soul was purified, given a human body, and sent on earth to enjoy, so that God could take a little rest. That is why an individual has to understand his Self. Understanding the Self means to stand under your own Self. And one who can stand under his Self, can stand under every Self. And then that person is known as a beloved of God, because God is in every Self. This is the basic secret behind every happiness, behind every joy that a person wants to experience.Once a person called the doctor. The doctor came and he gave medicine. The next day the same request came again and the doctor came and the doctor went. Then the doctor brought two doctors, three doctors, four doctors and finally a surgeon. The doctor tried everything.Finally one day the doctor told his wife, that this patient appears to be dying. She said, “Yes, my dear husband, I know. The way you treat people, they should all die.” Now, this hurt his ego, and he wanted to understand what she was saying. She said, “Whenever you see someone, you just give them medicine, but do you ever tell them that they have to help themselves to get cured, as well?” He had never done that. She said, “Well, then you only give them half the medicine. You should tell them, that this medicine will help them to help themselves get cured.” He had studied eight years in the medical college, but nobody had ever taught him that God cures. All you have to do is send a message or somehow establish communication between the mind and body of the sick person. The mind should be in peace, so that the body can do the job. That’s all the cure is. The body cures itself. Medicine allows it to get into that space where healing can take place.There is no need to blame the doctor for not being able to cure you or for killing you, or to praise him for saving you either. Actually, he has done nothing. He has merely diagnosed the ailment and given you the medicine so that your own body, your own self, could help itself to become all right.It is the same with the mind. The mind has to be given the medicine of thought. The higher thought is the medicine of the mind that allows it to help itself cure itself. Otherwise the mind is a shattered piece of glass. That is why we do, “japa.” Japa is the thought, “Sat Nam, Truth is Thy Name.” Japa is calling on energy that is beyond us. The moment we know and experience that there is something beyond us, we are connecting with God through the power of our thought wave. And, my dear friend, on this earth there is nothing except God. The intellect will generate thought waves anyway. Why not beam these thought waves on God?The only thing that comes to you without asking for it is the breath of life. Everything else you have to ask for. But the breath of life is in infinite gift from God. You are a slave to everything except the breath of life. The breath of life will free you if you let it carry you to God.Too much awareness requires too much patience. Normally when you become wiser, you become less patient and you start shouting like an angry, roaring idiot, because then you see every mistake. When you see every mistake, what are you going to do? You are going to shout, because it is difficult to tolerate mistakes. That is why for the last six years I’ve been saying that patience pays.Have patience. Not because it matters to me, but it will matter to you. If you have patience, then you will enjoy happiness. And who can have patience? He who can tolerate. Who can tolerate? He who has strong nerves. Who can have strong nerves. He who has the strength of his moral mind. And what is the moral mind? A learned discipline. What is a learned discipline? A self-training. How can the self be trained? Through meditation.You must learn how to grind yourself. Only the one who learns to grind himself knows his grounds. Otherwise a person is just floating. When you do not know your territory, you do not know where you are. When you do not know where you are, you are not aware of what you are and you do not know what awareness is.There are two ways to know: the inductive method, or the deductive method. Either deduce or induce. Both come to the same thing. You can know mysteries through mystic ways. And you can know mysteries through mystical ways. And you can know mysteries through analytical ways. Either through shakti (power) or through the gyan (divine wisdom). Through power, or through pleasure.Why are some people black? So that others would know they are white. Why are some people white? So that others would know that they are black. There is no other reason. But now they both fight with each other. This is known as a trick of Maya. The black did not make himself black, nor did the white make himself white. If white is the best color, why are anemics given a hospital bed? They are almost white: dead white, they call it. If that is desirable, why must they take iron pills every day?The reality is that nobody knows, everybody imagines. When imagination becomes the known experience, it is known as duality or maya. When experience becomes knowledge, it becomes reality, the Truth, the Sat. Those who understand ‘Sat’ are able to relate to ‘Sat.’ When you love somebody, what do you do? Don’t you call his name, or her name, all the time? When you love somebody, you like to call the name of that person. If you love the truth, then you will call ‘Sat Nam.’ You become identified. And when you say ‘Sat Nam,’ everybody knows you are a ‘Sat Namer.’ You become identified. And when you say ‘Sat Nam,’ it means you are Truth.My dear friend, there is a dharma of life. This dharma has to be understood as a dharma and then it has to be watched as a dharma. It has to be experienced as a dharma. The life of dharma is the life of the seeker, the Sikh. The seeker must seek. He must suck the infinity as nectar. There are no two ways about it.If someone says there are many ways to God, that is sales talk. If someone says that there are many religions, that is a sales talk too. There is only one religion. Join your religion. Know your religion. Understand your religion. Be your religion. By belonging to religion and not experiencing religion, do you think you are religious? Never. Denying religion or accepting religion means nothing. It is the experience of religion, my dear friend, that can hold the mind. It is the desire to experience which matters because that desire is the outcome of an energy that matters. Your ego desires you to be finite, to be limited, but you must experience infinity, because you are a part of infinity. Why shouldn’t you experience infinity? Instead you take your ego, and you inflate it like a balloon. The air goes out, and you fall on your face. Then what a silly creature you are. You blame the Creator, and you don’t live in gratitude, and you call yourself a man. Without knowing the manners of life, you call yourself a man.The seeker must know the art of finite and infinite, and the science which teaches him the art of finite and infinite is known as the science of yoga. It is a technology that makes a seeker, a Sikh, a man of God. Where the man of God goes, there goes God. To whomever he talks, he brings God. Wherever he sits, there is God. When he gets up there is also God. Around him is God, above him is God, under him is God. God created man and man created God. The man of God telephones about God. On the telephone, he listens to talk about God. He hangs up the telephone if there’s no God. He watches the television to feel God. And if he doesn’t feel God, he shuts it off. He eats and says, “God.” He gets up and says, “God.” He takes a shower and says, “God.” When he has a fever, he says, “God.” He belongs to God and God belongs to him. That is actually the way it is. But the middleman who made this simple, safe God so difficult to get to not only makes a normal man believe that he is a sinner, but collects a fee for doing it. The one who lives off the sinner makes the sinner believe he is a sinner. Not only that, but after telling the sinner that he is a sinner, he does not purify him.Only he can purify you who is himself pure. Only the one who has experienced God, who has seen God, who has a gratitude for God, who feels the goodness of that infinity, can be pure, because he will constantly call the Name of God. Every lover will call the beloved God by name, will become pure and healed and have the power to purify and heal others.

If you have rhythm within, then you have found reality. When there is no rhythm within, when you don’t listen to your own heart beat, how can you listen to the heart beat of others? All charity begins at home. If you have not loved your Self, how can you love somebody else? If you don’t keep yourself clean, how can you appreciate anyone else’s cleanliness? This is the secret of ease and disease.”“The art of healing, the art of ecstasy, the art of God-consciousness has millions of names in mystic terms. It has to do with rhythm and reality. When the body is in rhythm, there is ease. When the body, or any part of the body goes out of rhythm, there is dis-ease. Disease is nothing but an out-of-rhythm body. When a body is out of rhythm, there is neither a body nor a soul, because without the mind there is no reality. Even if you have God and God is your slave, still it is useless. There can be no happiness.”

Anger by Pieter

The reason for anger is that the nervous system is weak. In the practice of Kundalini Yoga, the nerves strengthen, partly due to the energy generated from the postures and movements combined with breathing or the use of mantra, especially with breathing and chanting to vibrate the sound throughout the electrified system.If there is anger still, then it means that the practice is incorrect, possibly in the breathing where some do not fully expand and contract the lungs during long deep breathing, or the mistake of tightening ancillary body muscles during the expansion and contraction of the diaphragm during breath of fire.Moreover, in every exercise of Kundalini Yoga there is an active and passive aspect. During the active aspect the voltage is generated, while during the passive aspect the glands secrete to support the voltage, both in coating the nerves and balancing the chemistry in the circulatory system that allows a sustained voltage.In addition, at the end of every set, there should be a time for the body to experience yogic sleep. this is a bit like rebooting a computer for new programming to take effect.Without the adherence to these fundamentals, the nerves will be somewhat raw and the result is a kind of a weakness that gives rise to irritation and anger.With proper practice, there ensues a deep and penetrating peace that melds with the Peace of the Infinite Soul which is the substratum of our being and consciousness. Then we live in a divine and magic atmosphere, wherein we experience Goodness and the Will of the One to make us happy.Please consider these fundamentals in your practice and be always happy.As one practices, gradually the sustainable voltage increases, deepens, penetrates and radiates, and in and through that process you experience a clarity and grounding, like the force of a graviton, a sense of the mind becoming inward bent, dwelling and pondering in consideration of a deepening stillness which is at the core of your being , so that the reflective mind in the brain becomes absorbed in the self-effulgent sun of your spiritual heart (unrelated to the anahata chakra). The effect is relentless and inexorable in the practice of Kundalini Yoga. Moreover, you will find that It is also unaffected by the degree and intensity of work, life and activities no matter how ardent, which are enhanced by It. You become completely and fully here, penetrating and pervasively in the moment, which is also eternal.One day you will speak in a pervasive voice: I am Consciousness Itself, I am the Truth, and you single and pervasive being will reverberate Sat Nam.So, simply put, just continue every day Sadhana, and This, which is What is only Real, will all emerge by Itself.
